In alignment with the UN SDG Summit 2023, our event is dedicated to fostering Greening Global Citizenship Education through collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity among diverse stakeholders, all working towards accelerating global progress and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The event aims to contribute to delivering concrete commitments for the UN SDG Summit agenda and provide insights toward suggesting “multilateral solutions for a better tomorrow,” the theme of the 2023 Summit of the Future.
By showcasing innovative solutions explored by university students from India, South Korea, and the United States, this event highlights the crucial role of global citizenship education (GCED) in facilitating collaboration among youth and multi-stakeholders. High-level representatives from diverse sectors including UN Member States, intergovernmental organizations, academia, NGOs and private companies will discuss specific ways of building partnerships to prompt environmental sustainability and address pressing global challenges.
